CRDS NO3/N2O5 readme	

The NOAA NO3/N2O5 CRDS instrument was almost always used to measure the NO3/N2O5 deliverered to the NO3 PAM chamber, and therefore not useful for ambient data comparisons.  Please contact Julie with any questions: fry@reed.edu
